It is important for choirs to present themselves well visually. It creates a striking impression and an aura of pride. For our major concerts the choirs wear formal wear. We have formal gowns for the girls and tuxedos for the boys. There is a $25 yearly fee for each student in each choir to help maintain our wardrobe collection. This is payable at any time during the school year before May 30th. If the fee is not paid by the deadline according to school policy the student will receive and F on their report card that will be changed once the fee is paid.

For less formal performances we have choir students purchase polo shirts. The cost varies from year to year and is approximately $20. The choirs wear the polo shirts to sing the anthem at sporting events, for choir festivals, tour and on concert days. All choir members, who do not already have one, are required to purchase the polo shirts.

We also require that all choir students have black dress pants and black dress shoes/socks for informal concerts and touring. Please plan accordingly. If any student has financial issues we can confidentially help them make these purchases. Please communicate to the Mr. Wressell if this is an issue.
