School District 16's bond rating upgraded 4th time in 5 years Moody's Investors Service announced August 13, 2007, that Spring Lake Park School District 16's bond rating has been upgraded for the third time in three years, the fourth time in the past five years. Kristin Hanson, a vice president with Ehlers & Associates, the district's financial advisors, presented the School Board with a certificate commemorating the upgrade. She said it was a tremendous accomplishment and that the district "is to be commended for your policies, administration, and fiscal management."
