School District 16 is far more than a K-12 educational system. The district’s Community Education & Outreach Department serves students and families by offering a wide variety of programs and services for all ages.
School district facilities are open year-round: days, nights, and weekends for use by "lifelong learners" in Blaine, Spring Lake Park, and Fridley.
