Mr. Elhardt is a native of western North Dakota where he was a teacher and elementary and high school counselor for 12 years.  Interests include golfing and biking.  Mr. Elhardt has had all three of his children attend Spring Lake Park High School because it is a good school with many opportunities for learning.
