About Us
Westwood Middle School's vision focuses on providing instruction that services students as individuals and helping each student achieve their best. Westwood Middle School, located in Blaine, Minnesota is part of the Spring Lake Park School District. Spring Lake Park has four elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. There are approximately 990 students enrolled at Westwood Middle School.
Westwood Middle School offers accelerated mathematics, English, social studies and science courses. When extra support is needed, a variety of courses are available as well. Allied Arts classes include state-of-the-art technology, art, band, choir and family consumer sciences.
We pride ourselves on caring for each and every student in our school. Panther PRIDE is an advisory program where students meet with an adult advisor each day. It is designed to provide each student with regular and continuous adult guidance at school within the context of a supportive and stable peer group.
